Q. How do I register?

Only one person will register for an entire team and this person will serve as the main
contact for all communication regarding the Saratoga Shootout. Individuals will not need to
register but will need to complete the safety waiver in order to participate. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER

Q. What is your refund policy?

If for any reason you have to cancel your registration more than 10 days before the event,
you will be issued 50% of your registration fee refunded to your credit card. If you cancel
within 10 days of the event, no credit or refunds will be issued.

Q. What do I need at The Saratoga Shootout?

Lacrosse Stick, gloves, pads, helmet, mouth guard, protective cup, cleats (no metal cleats)
water bottle, sunscreen, shoe bag or small backpack, uniform, socks, and spending money
for the Rhino Shop.

Q. Where and when is check-in?

Your coach will check in your team at 5PM at The Rhino Nation Headquarters tent on July 5th. It will be up to your coach on where he decides to meet the team.

Q. My child has a medical condition, should I tell someone?

Please let our training staff know upon your arrival to the tournament at the Rhino Nation
HQ Tent. There they can document the condition, handle any necessary medications, and
be prepared should any medical issue arise.
Any medication they require during the camp needs to be turned in to the athletic training
staff upon check-in.

Q. Do you have medical supervision at the games? What is your injury procedure?

There is certified sports medicine staff on site during all games .
Injuries are evaluated by the on-site staff and their emergency
protocol is followed. Parents are contacted when advanced  treatment
is required (transportation to hospital – treatment at home)

Q. Is there food available at the tournament?

Yes! Gavin Park will have food and drink options open during The
Saratoga Shootout.

Q. Can I come watch my child play?

Yes! Parents are encouraged to come watch their child play during competition times.
Friends of campers are not permitted on campus at any time unless accompanied by a
camper’s parents.

Q. Will there be a tournament store?

Yes! The Rhino Shop and other vendors will be on-site throughout The Saratoga Shootout.

Q. Is water provided on the field during each session?

Water is available on the field at all times. Players are encouraged to bring their own
water bottles to the field and keep bottled water and sports drinks in their equipment
bags.

Q. What happens if there is bad weather?

The Saratoga Shootout will continue in rain and inclement weather at the
discretion of the Tournament Director. We will not train in lightning and severe weather
including extremely high heat indexes.

Q. How do I contact my son during the tournament?

Please take down the phone number of your son’s head coach so you can get a hold of
them in case of an emergency. The on site Shootout phone will be 971.404.1089

Q. How far is the Gavin Park from downtown Saratoga?

Downtown Saratoga is less then 2 miles from Gavin Park.

Q. Are pop up tents allowed at the venue?

Yes, pop up tents are allowed in the designated area only.

Q. Where can I park the car?

The main parking lot will be near the main entrance and clearly marked.

Q. Will there be parking fees?

No parking fees at the Saratoga Shootout.

Q. Can I bring my dog?

Pets are not allowed at Gavin Park.

Q. Are coolers and outside food/drink allowed?

Coolers are not allowed but players are allowed to bring water, Gatorade, etc. to their
games.
